Earlier this year I had a leak in my roof which resulted in ceiling damage in my Master Bedroom.

After having the roof properly sealed to prevent further damage I was referred to Detailed Expressions by a contractor.

I spoke with Omar and detailed the work that needed to be done. I also sent him pictures of the ceiling damage.

He explained it might be tough to get an exact match of the paint given that the house was 27 years old. I explained that I was the original owner of the house and knew the exact paint the builder used during construction. I agreed to buy a gallon the of paint in advance. We agree on a date/time (January 21, 2021 @ 8:30AM) that the work would be completed.

Omar and Nico arrived at my residence at the exact time they said they would. The were polite, efficient, and professional.

What I expected would be a 2 hour job turned out to be a 5 hour job. Their attention to detail was fantastic. Not only were they able to repair/paint the damaged area but I was unable to tell where the damage was after they completed the work. They also took care of the stains from water damage on my vaulted ceiling.

All of this would have been enough for me to write this testimonial but Omar and Nico went above and beyond in my case. They noted that there was a crack next to the windows (due to the house settling) and some paint wear on the wall. This work was not specified in the work order nor did they have any reason to repair these area. They completed the work in good faith and pointed it out during the final review. I was very appreciative of their actions and efforts. 

I plan on using Detailed Expressions for my future painting needs and have recommended them to friends and family.
